A. Full Scholarship covers:

• 1. Full tuition fee waiver.

• 2. Monthly living allowance:

  • 1,500,000 IDR for Bachelor’s degree.

  • 1,750,000 IDR for Master’s degree.

  • 2,250,000 IDR for Doctoral degree.

📝 Required Documents for Application

1. Recent passport-sized photograph.

2. Color scan of a valid passport (minimum 18 months validity), including cover and identity pages.

3. Graduation certificate from the latest educational institution (in English or Indonesian).

4. Academic transcripts from the latest educational institution (in English or Indonesian).

5. Recent health certificate (in English or Indonesian).

6. Curriculum Vitae (CV) (Template provided).

7. Financial Statement (Template provided).

8. Personal Statement (Template provided).

9. Indonesian Language Proficiency Certificate (Highly preferred).

10. English Language Proficiency Certificate.

11. Recommendation Letter #1 (from a lecturer/professor or work supervisor, for Master’s/PhD).

12. Recommendation Letter #2 (from a lecturer/professor or work supervisor, for Master’s/PhD).

13. Preliminary Research Proposal (for PhD applicants).

14. Motivation Letter.

15. Recommendation Letter from the nearest Indonesian Embassy.

2. Research and choose a study program of interest via: UNS Prospectus

3. Prepare all required documents.

4. Visit the Indonesian Embassy/Consulate General in your home country to request a recommendation letter by presenting your Offer Letter, Passport, Graduation Certificate, and Academic Transcript.

5. Create an admission account using your email on the UNS portal.

6. Fill in personal information and upload all required documents in the "Upload Document" section.

7. Save and print your registration card after submission.
